We wish to recruit a Banking Legal Counsel fr-ang for a 7-month mission within a private bank.

Mission :

• Analysis, updating and drafting of contracts and contractual documentation during the launch of new financial products and banking service offers
• Legal support regarding Cross Borders
• Participating in the management/follow-up of successions, litigation and client claims
• Occasional support for financing requests, preparation of contracts, conditions and legal documentation

Profile
----------

• Bar exam in Swiss Law, native French speaker, fluent English and German a serious asset
• 3 years of experience as a legal professional ideally in the banking field in Switzerland
• good knowledge of banking and financial products
• ability to draft legal documents, analytical mindset and communication skills
• organized, sense of service, solution-oriented and proactive
• Resident in Switzerland and available quickly for 7 months minimum
