WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE WITH US

• Independent management of real estate accounting for rental properties and/or condominiums
• Responsibility for the preparation of heating and service charge statements
• Responsibility for the annual financial statements of the properties
• Posting of accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as processing of payment transactions
• Reconciliation and control of accounts
• Contact person for owners, tenants, and internal departments regarding accounting queries
• Collaboration in the optimization and further development of processes in real estate accounting
• Working with the real estate software Immotop2

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Experience in real estate accounting
• Good knowledge of accounting
• Independent, structured, and exact way of working
• Experience with real estate software – ideally Immotop2
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Team-oriented, reliable, and service-oriented personality
