Due to a surprisingly changed personnel situation, we are looking for you for one of our four lower primary classes. Are you the committed class teacher who wants to combine pedagogical leadership, team responsibility, and cooperative work? In Orpund, 290 children are taught in 11 primary and 4 kindergarten classes with a team of around 60 teachers. The school building is located in a preferred green location near the forest. We are an agglomeration community of Biel, which is easily and quickly accessible by bus.

Tasks ###

At Primarschule Orpund, we understand the class teacher as a cooperatively-participatory working team leader of a multi-professional class team. By this we mean: - You lead the class pedagogically clearly, appreciatively, and verbindlich - You coordinate and moderate the multi-professional environment (special education, specialist teachers, school social work, parents, childcare, etc.) - You promote a cooperative, transparent teaching, learning, and team culture in which responsibility is shared and all participants are strengthened - You are exemplary in presence and self-leadership, promoting relationship building and trust - Your role as a teacher includes providing orientation, creating security, and simultaneously strengthening the autonomy of the children

• Teaching diploma for primary level - Relationship-oriented attitude, humor, and passion for working with children, parents, and in a team - Cooperative leadership competence and the ability to convey orientation, clarity, and warmth - Joy in innovative forms of learning, project-oriented work, and school development topics - Openness to reflection, supervision, and continuous development - Pedagogical leadership and responsibility for the class - Planning, implementation, and evaluation of innovative, differentiated instruction - Collaboration in the multi-professional class team - Collaboration in the level team - Co-designing projects and school development processes
