For our Finance department in Stein, we are looking for a
Financial Accounting Clerk 20-30 % (m/f/d)
immediately or by arrangement
Your task
Managing the main cash desk
Monthly reconciliation of transit accounts
Preparation of service statements for vocational reintegration
Participation in projects, especially the integration of fixed asset accounting into the ERP system
Holiday replacement for the accounts payable accountant
General administrative activities in the finance area
Working time for a workload of
20 %: 1 full day or 2 half days (1× morning, 1× afternoon)
30 %: 1 full day and 1 half day
Your profile
Commercial basic training or equivalent, further training in the finance area is an advantage
Experience with an ERP system (Abacus is an advantage)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Enjoyment in dealing with numbers as well as an exact and reliable way of working
Independent, structured and responsible personality
