Villa Christine in Biel is a supervised residential community for around 20 people with mental impairments. Manageable, personal, and with short distances.

In the year 2027, a new chapter begins for us. With new sponsorship, new ideas, and above all, with a great desire to further develop Villa Christine together.

For this, we are looking for a personality who is technically strong, can lead people, and does not just take on responsibility, but enjoys shaping it.

What awaits you

• You will take over the institutional management and specialist management of Villa Christine and thus a key role in our organization.
• You will lead a small, well-coordinated care team, be close to our residents, and ensure that everything works in everyday life, both professionally and personally.
• At the same time, you will get real creative freedom. Improving processes, developing the team, contributing new ideas, and thinking together with the Board of Directors about how Villa Christine should develop in the coming years.
• We are not looking for a person who simply manages the existing operations. We are looking for someone who is eager to help shape the next phase of Villa Christine.

What you bring with you

• You have a recognized tertiary degree, for example in social pedagogy, social work, or as a dipl. nursing specialist.
• Ideally, you already have leadership experience and are familiar with the environment of a social or health institution.
• But even more important to us is your personality. You are down-to-earth, decisive, organized, and can win people over. You have a good sense for residents as well as for employees.
• Your native language is German

What we offer you

• Freedom as an institutional manager for design, in tandem with the Board of Directors
• Flexible working hours
• 28 days of vacation per year
• Full financing of the training to become an institutional manager if not already present
• Annual salary between CHF 108’000 and 126’000, depending on experience (indication at 100% workload)
• Workload: 60 to 80%
• Place of work: Biel/Bienne
• Start: At the earliest from January 2027
