Tasks

• Maintaining the financial accounting and preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Monitoring and processing of payment transactions
• Preparation of reports and analyses for management
• Ensuring compliance with tax and legal requirements

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in accounting, ideally in Switzerland
• Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Knowledge of Bexio is an advantage
• Precise and structured way of working
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
