Your tasks ##

• You are the first contact externally and thus the business card of our house
• At our reception, you provide information to the residents and also help visitors
• You operate the telephone switchboard, handle daily mail as well as emails, work in resident administration and manage 49 apartments with services
• You assist in accounting

What you bring with you ##

• Training as a commercial employee (Kauffrau/-mann) or equivalent training
• Several years of professional experience, in the field of administration and accounting is an advantage
• Trustworthy personality with joy in contact with older people
• Service-oriented thinking & acting
• High degree of independence, personal responsibility and organizational skill, as you run the administration on site alone
• Very good knowledge of the MS-Office suite
• Stylish German in spoken and written form
• Flexible and team-oriented personality with organizational talent
