Your tasks

You support the general management of the nursery in ordering processes and actively help shape the frost-resistant assortment. You maintain an overview at the cash desk and, with your sense of aesthetics, ensure attractively designed sales areas.

From consultation to implementation at the customer's location, you are involved: You provide competent advice and actively participate in plantings on-site or at home. Whether indoor or outdoor – you find the right solution for every customer.

Your profile

You are a trained gardener, retail Polynatura, or bring experience from the green industry. A driving license of category B (manual transmission) is mandatory. You are open, warm, and a team player and enjoy providing competent advice to our customers. In addition, you like to roll up your sleeves – with stocking, delivering, or watering. Manual dexterity and a practical approach round off your profile.
