Through their work in the five social centers, the Social Services ensure that people in the city of Zürich can rely on effective basic social provision.

For our team in the Sozialzentrum Dorflinde, we are looking for reinforcement immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• You advise and accompany adult clients in financial and social difficulties and, together with them, seek ways for sustainable professional and social integration.
• You work monovalently: You provide economic social assistance. There is the possibility to additionally manage civil law mandates for adults.
• You document your work traceably in a case management system.
• You are administratively supported by clerks, can draw on the knowledge of internal specialist departments, and work closely with your colleagues in the team.

Profile ##

• University of Applied Sciences degree in Social Work
• Professional experience in the orientation of economic social assistance and/or in managing mandates in adult protection. Corresponding further training is an advantage.
• Commercial flair, organizational talent, and good knowledge of financial topics
• Rapid comprehension of complex situations and the ability to take on different roles in counseling and support depending on the situation
• Confident appearance in contact with people and professional handling of different concerns and expectations
