Automotive Mechanic / Automobile Mechatronician

Diagnostic via scanner, timing belt, running gear and calibration of driving aids: a Lausanne garage is reinforcing its workshop with an experienced profile. Temporary mission at 100 %, immediate start.

THE COMPANY
Our client is a Lausanne garage, a brand dealer. Its workshop receives recent passenger vehicles, thermal, hybrid and electric.

YOUR TASKS
Perform services according to the manufacturer's plan, on repair orders and according to standard times.
Perform diagnostic via scanner, trace the cause of the breakdown, perform software updates.
Intervene on the timing belt, clutch, gearbox and engine sealing.
Replace pads, discs and running gear elements, bleed the braking system and adjust the geometry.
Check the air conditioning, recover and recharge the refrigerant fluid.
Calibrate cameras and driving aid radars after windshield replacement.
Secure hybrid and electric systems, de-energize and check insulation.
Prepare vehicles for inspection and perform road tests.

CONDITIONS
42 hours per week, 5 weeks of vacation and 13th month salary, according to the CCT of garages in the canton of Vaud.
Temporary mission at 100 %, via service rental by Aptia SA.
Immediate start.
Workshop in Lausanne.
Tools, scanner and manufacturer documentation provided.

YOUR PROFILE
CFC as an automobile maintenance mechanic (3 years) or automobile mechatronician (4 years).
Former CFC title as an automobile mechanic or recognized equivalent experience.
A few years of practice in a workshop.
Experience in a dealership, important asset.
Permit for the use of refrigerant fluids and UPSA HV 1 competence certificate, assets.
Category B driving license, asset.
Valid authorization to work in Switzerland.
