Service Staff

Service employee approx. 40 % (m/f/d)

For Kaffee Kind in Luzern, we are looking for reinforcement in service per sofort or by arrangement with a workload of approx. 40 % (approx. 2–3 shifts per week).

Your tasks:

• Independent care and service of our guests
• Taking orders as well as serving food and drinks
• Preparation and pouring of coffee, drinks and simple drinks
• Assistance with Mise en Place, tidying up and cleaning work
• Ensuring a smooth service process
• Compliance with hygiene and quality standards

Your profile:

• Ideally already experience in service or in gastronomy
• You feel comfortable in the role as a host and enjoy direct guest contact
• Fast comprehension and independent way of working
• You maintain an overview even in hectic situations
• Reliability and teamwork skills
• Willingness for flexible shifts as well as evening, night and weekend shifts
• Good German skills
• Interest in gastronomy, culture and music

Working hours:

• Flexible shifts on approx. 2–3 days per week
• Shifts during the week depending on the shift until approx. 02:30 Uhr
• Friday and Saturday shifts until approx. 03:30 Uhr
• Weekend shifts including Sunday
