Stiftung Satis offers 90 residential and work opportunities for people with mental impairments. Various work opportunities enable an individually designed daily structure. Different residential offers enable clients to achieve progression and a goal-oriented stay. On behalf of judicial authorities, Stiftung Satis accompanies clients in open measure execution.

Your tasks

• Resource-oriented promotion and guidance of clients in creative, manual and activating settings
• Design of a structured, meaningful day
• Individual adaptation of work assignments and support in the learning and development process
• Interdisciplinary cooperation - especially with the residential area
• Participation in projects, working groups and the further development of our offer
• Presence, humor and clear relationship management in everyday life

What you bring with you

• Training as an Arbeitsagogin / Arbeitsagoge with professional examination or a comparable pedagogical training
• Further training as a Praxisausbildner/in is desirable, but not mandatory
• Practical experience in work pedagogy and experience in accompanying people with mental impairments
• Professional experience or training in a creative or manual field
• Ability to work in a team, self-reflection and a healthy dose of humor
• Joy in promoting people, designing structures and finding solutions together
