Job description ###

SCHEDULING AND RELEASE OF WO

• Sequence WOs according to priorities and technical constraints
• Verify availability of components, kits, and precious material before release, in connection with the warehouse and procurement
• Release and print WOs in Pro Concept
• Manage emergencies, reworks, and rescheduling, and communicate decisions to the parties concerned

PROGRESS MONITORING AND COORDINATION

• Monitor WO progress, WIP levels, and delays, and trigger necessary actions
• Coordinate flows with workshops, warehouse, procurement, quality, and subcontractors
• Continuously inform on availability dates and lead time shifts

STOCK MANAGEMENT

• Assemble component kits according to WO bills of materials
• Pick, check, and group components by WO/Workshop
• Weigh and record precious material integrated into kits
• Make kits available to workshops in compliance with the production schedule

Profile ###

• CFC Logistics or equivalent
• 3 years of professional experience in a similar position in watchmaking, microtechnical industry...
• Comfortable with the use of an ERP
• Autonomy and priority management
• Ability to collaborate transversally and manage pressure
• Rigorous and proactive
