Accounting Secretary at 50 %

The City and Municipality of Boudry, which has nearly 6’700 inhabitants, employs approximately 95 employees in service to the population.

In order to strengthen the team of the Finance Department, the Municipal Council is advertising the position of

Accounting Secretary at 50 % (M/F)
(fixed-term contract of 6 months)

Within a dynamic team, you will actively participate in the financial and accounting management of the Municipality, in compliance with the legal standards in force.

Your missions

You will notably assume the following tasks:

Recording of accounting entries according to MCH2 standards, Processing of supplier invoices, Invoicing, Various accounting tasks

Experience and training required

Training in accounting (CFC as a commercial employee with accounting specialization), Proven professional experience in a similar function, Experience in municipal administration constitutes a major asset, Ease with IT tools and accounting ERPs (Abacus, an asset), Excellent mastery of standard IT tools, in particular Excel

Rigor, analytical spirit, sense of responsibility and discretion, Ability to work autonomously, combined with a strong team spirit, Good organization and priority management, Strong orientation toward public service
