Schulsozialarbeit Nebikon designs a diverse and supportive advisory service for the primary and secondary levels in Nebikon. Become part of our dedicated team and, starting from 01.02.2027, accompany the students of the primary and secondary levels in Nebikon with heart, energy, and joy! We are looking for 80% - but are open to 2 persons at approximately 40% each.

Your tasks: ###

• You are the first point of contact for children, adolescents, legal guardians, and teachers regarding psychosocial issues and challenging life situations.
• With your empathy and know-how, you strengthen children and adolescents in mastering their personal difficulties and expanding their competencies.
• Through your commitment and preventive offers, you promote a positive and supportive school culture.
• Whether individuals, groups, or entire classes - you work in a solution-oriented manner on diverse topics.
• You coordinate and network professionally with specialist agencies to provide comprehensive support offers.
• As a permanent member of the specialist team socio-emotional learning (seL), you work closely with the school social pedagogues. The specialist team is led by the coordination person behavior and jointly develops the school support offers in the field of socio-emotional learning.

You bring with you: ###

• A completed degree in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in working with children, adolescents, and families.
• A systemic-solution-oriented attitude that allows you to act flexibly and resource-oriented.
• High resilience, personal responsibility, and good self-management.
• Joy in teamwork, paired with the ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
• An open, benevolent basic attitude.
• Methodological competence in counseling and project work as well as organizational talent with interdisciplinary thinking.
