Our client is an internationally renowned technology group and industrial pioneer based in Eastern Switzerland. To strengthen the logistics team in production and assembly, we are looking for a reliable, practical personality as part of a long-term project (limited to approx. 24 months) as:

Logistics Specialist (m/f/d)

Your main tasks

• Material flow & picking: Professional storage, relocation, and provision of materials and components to ensure uninterrupted production operations
• Warehouse optimization: Systematic condensing and consolidating of inventory as well as active participation in the economical use of storage areas
• Goods receipt inspection: Receipt, visual, and completeness inspection of incoming deliveries as well as timely booking and forwarding
• Inventory management & stocktaking: Regular performance of inventories and cycle counts to ensure seamless inventory accuracy
• Interface communication: Close cooperation and daily coordination with upstream and downstream departments (including Packaging, Order Processing, and Assembly)

What to expect

• Predictable working hours: Regular daytime working hours from Monday to Friday (06:45 – approx. 16:00)

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

• Ideally completed vocational training as a Logistics Specialist EFZ or several years of verifiable practice in a comparable role
• Several years of professional experience in the logistics sector, preferably in an industrial production and mechanical engineering environment, combined with a solid technical understanding
• Valid, SUVA-recognized forklift license with proven driving experience on counterbalance and reach trucks
• Reliable, precise, and independent way of working as well as very good German skills in spoken and written form
