What you can achieve ##

• You record, monitor and coordinate customer orders and clarify the availability of our products.
• You process complaints as well as returns, credit notes and debit notes independently.
• You record and monitor customer contracts and delivery schedules and ensure their correct billing.
• You maintain customer, price, assortment and article master data carefully and reliably.
• You support the B2B team with administrative and organizational tasks.
• You contribute your ideas to process optimizations as well as to the introduction and further development of IT systems such as SAP, CRM and SharePoint and actively participate in their implementation.
• You take over the deputy role for your colleagues in Customer Service as well as the team leader during absences.

What you bring with you ##

• You have a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
• You bring experience in customer service or inside sales.
• You communicate very well in German and well orally in French. Basic oral English skills round off your profile.
• You work confidently with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• You think ahead, act proactively and solution-oriented and like to take on responsibility.
• You feel comfortable in a versatile hub function and maintain an overview even in hectic situations.
