Social Worker BSc/FH Social Assistance / 60-70%, temporary for 6 mths.

The Soziale Dienste Region Laupen (SDRL) are responsible for the association municipalities of Laupen, Neuenegg as well as 5 partner municipalities from the Laupen region and carry out the statutory mandate within the framework of economic social assistance, child and adult protection, as well as maintenance enforcement.
The social service currently employs 30 employees.

We are looking for a maternity replacement for the period from 1 February to 31 July 2027 (6 months), as a suitable addition to our experienced social assistance team.

Area of responsibility ###

• Eligibility assessments within the framework of economic social assistance
• Support and personal counseling of social assistance recipients
• Support of social assistance recipients in professional and social integration
• Voluntary counseling of people seeking help of all age categories
• If interested, participation in internal project-related working groups

Requirement profile ###

You possess a degree as a Social Worker BSc or FH and enjoy sharing your experience and knowledge in the field of statutory social assistance with a qualified team. Independent, solution- and resource-oriented working is one of your strengths and you complete administrative tasks carefully and efficiently (case management system KliB).

You are enabled to work independently at your own workplace with individual possibilities for home office. The terms of employment are based on the cantonal guidelines.
