To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, reliable, and resilient personality as a Caretaker 80%.

Your tasks

• Care and maintenance of residential and commercial properties
• Cleaning and maintenance of indoor and outdoor facilities
• Care of green spaces and surroundings
• Carrying out small repairs and maintenance work
• Monitoring, inspection, and maintenance of technical systems
• Coordination and supervision of craftsmen and service providers
• Contact person for tenants
• Winter service and ensuring order and cleanliness
• Taking over on-call duties on two weekends per month

Your profile

• Completed manual/craft training is an advantage
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Caretaker
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license category B
• Flexibility and readiness for on-call duties
• Friendly, service-oriented appearance
