Facility Management

• Ensuring the daily operation and maintenance of the building and technical systems
• Coordination of external service providers and maintenance work
• Organization of cleaning, disposal, grounds maintenance and other facility services
• Support with technical projects and structural maintenance work

Health & Safety / Safety Officer

• Responsibility as local Safety Officer (SiBe) and contact person for occupational safety
• Recognition of hazards, implementation of risk analyses and implementation of suitable measures
• Implementation or support of safety inspections, audits and accident investigations
• Organization of training and measures for emergency preparedness
• Ensuring the safe handling of chemicals and hazardous substances
• Cooperation with the Health & Safety responsible for Switzerland
• Experience in building maintenance or technical maintenance
• Training as a Safety Officer (SiBe) or willingness to complete this
• Professional experience in the field of occupational safety
• Experience in risk analyses, hazard recognition and measures management
• Knowledge in handling chemicals and hazardous substances is an advantage
• Hands-on mentality and a strong sense of responsibility
• Good German and English skills, Italian is an advantage
