Casafair is the association for environmentally conscious and socially oriented homeowners. We advocate for climate-friendly construction, healthy living, prudent land use, and fair rental and neighborhood relations, as well as for the preservation and promotion of homeownership.

As of the beginning of 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking for a committed, reliable and politically interested personality as:

Managing Director

These are your tasks:

• Administrative and organizational management of the office
• Participation in meetings of the regional board as well as individual committees of the central association, including their preparation and follow-up
• Coordination of appointments
• Media work and handling of media inquiries in cooperation with the board
• Management and further development of the association's communication
• Support at events and political campaigns
• Support of the accounting
• General secretarial and coordination tasks

What you bring with you:

• Interest in political topics and political events in Northwest Switzerland
• Identification with the positions of the association
• Organizational talent and an independent, reliable way of working
• Very good written and oral communication skills
• Experience or interest in media work, social media and campaigning
• Ability to work in a team, loyalty and discretion
• Strong communication skills and a confident appearance

What we offer you:

• Flexible position with a lot of independence in a pleasant working atmosphere
• Contemporary remuneration
• Workload: 15-20 % (annual working time)
• Place of work: Basel - partial possibility for home office - expenses for external meetings will be reimbursed
• Start: as of the beginning of 2027 or by arrangement
