The TRiiO Beratungsstelle supports people with job searching and questions regarding unemployment within the framework of the Bewerbungswerkstatt as well as in consultations. The offer is open to all people and is largely free of charge. The TRiiO Beratungsstelle is mainly financed by the ev.-ref. and the röm.-kath. Gesamtkirchgemeinde Bern.

In the Bewerbungswerkstatt, volunteers and participants are active in a labor integration assignment. The six-member management team coordinates the Bewerbungswerkstatt, accompanies program participants and volunteers, and offers consultations.

The TRiiO Beratungsstelle is a lively place with very diverse people. The organization is dynamic and constantly changing due to internal and external factors.

Your tasks

• Operational management of the business and responsibility for day-to-day operations
• Personnel management of the 5 employees of the management team
• Financial and budget responsibility
• Procurement of funds, e.g., via foundation fundraising
• Conceptual further development of the offers and services
• Cooperation with the association board and support in strategic further development
• Cooperation with the röm.-kath. and ev.-ref. Gesamtkirchgemeinde Bern, including conducting service contract negotiations
• Networking and public relations
• Designing and implementing projects

Your profile

• You bring leadership competence and proven leadership experience.
• You possess high social competence, empathy, and are willing to engage with very diverse people.
• You are a flexible person who can adjust well to constantly changing conditions and accompanies and supports the team in this.
• You are creative in finding solutions, think in networks, and recognize overarching connections to position the business well operationally and strategically.
• You have a tertiary degree (Bachelor or Master), ideally in the social sector.
• You bring experience in the social sector, desirably in the field of labor integration.
