Your tasks

• Social work with juvenile offenders and their relatives in cooperation with the proceedings management
• Clarification of the personal circumstances of juvenile offenders as well as the preparation of social reports
• Preparation of inpatient and outpatient protective measures as well as the management of outpatient protective measures
• Accompanying and supporting juveniles and their families within the framework of the protective measures
• Networking and cooperation with other authorities and institutions

Your profile

• Diploma from a Fachhochschule for social work (HFS/FHS) or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience and continuous engagement with professional, methodological, and social developments
• Independent and resilient personality with professional and life experience
• Interest and willingness to work in an interdisciplinary team
• Commitment, reliability, and loyalty as well as a human-oriented, optimistic basic attitude

Your working environment

The Staatsanwaltschaft Zug, IV. Abteilung (Jugendanwaltschaft), is responsible for the investigation and prosecution of offenses in the area of juvenile criminal proceedings. The work of the social service in the Jugendstrafverfahren department of the Staatsanwaltschaft Zug essentially includes the clarification of juvenile offenders and their environment in the area of criminal investigation, the initiation and accompaniment of outpatient and inpatient protective measures, as well as the execution of penalties and measures imposed on juveniles.
