What awaits you ###

• Welcoming and taking care of guests, visitors, craftsmen as well as mandate employees.
• Welcoming and taking care of VIPs.
• Customer relations and service.
• Identity verification (checking ID card, passport or ID).
• Contact with organizers.
• Distribution and collection of badges.
• Central point of contact and transmission of information for site-related questions.
• Active participation in projects / processes of the reception service.
• Carrying out training.
• Management of FM tickets.
• Reservation of meeting rooms.
• Various administrative tasks related to the reception service.
• A modern position at the headquarters of an international group.

What you bring ###

• Completed commercial training (EFZ) or equivalent training, ideally supplemented by several years of experience in the service sector.
• Several years of professional experience in a similar function (reception, hospitality, facility or customer service).
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
• Confident mastery of MS Office (365) and digital tools.
• Strong service orientation, sense of organization and practical mindset.
• Friendly, neat and professional appearance as well as a structured and autonomous way of working.
• You appreciate a dynamic working environment and possess the necessary flexibility for different team working models (your missions take place on different days of the week and at various times), so you are ready to adapt to changing schedules and support our team accordingly.
