Export & Administration Collaborator

Muller Technology is a dynamic and innovative company, specializing in the design and manufacture of industrial automation systems and molds for plastic injection. Present on the international market, it meets the specific needs of each client in various industries, more specifically the food, medical, and personal care industries. Following the retirement of the incumbent, we are looking for an Export & Administration Collaborator for our Conthey site. In this key role, reporting to the Group CFO, you will actively contribute to the management of export operations as well as the smooth administrative functioning of the company. Your main responsibilities: Export management * Preparation and establishment of transport and customs documents (e-dec, certificates of origin, ATA carnets) * Coordination with freight forwarders * Organization of transport in Switzerland and internationally Financial administration * Processing of letters of credit and relations with banks * Customer invoicing and payment monitoring in SAP Business One Operational support * Organization of business travel for employees (flights, hotels, rental cars, visas) * Coordination and follow-up of customer requests (FR / EN / DE) in support of project managers General administration * Key-user of the time management system in support of HR * Management of the reception, telephone switchboard, and visitor welcome * Mail processing, filing, and archiving Your profile: * Commercial or administrative training (CFC or equivalent) * Experience in a similar position, ideally with export in international logistics * Proficiency with IT tools (SAP Business One an asset) * Very good written and oral skills in French and English, German an asset * Organized, autonomous, and service-oriented personality Why join us? * Annualized working time * An international environment * Annual closure between Christmas and New Year * Possibility of additional training * LaMal insurance offered to children* Location: Conthey (VS) Activity rate: 80 % Start date: immediately Please address your complete file (CV, cover letter, certificates) to: [ ](< >) j4id10422793a j4it1040a j4iy26a
