Personnel administration incl. social security, insurance matters
Year-end closing work
VAT returns (flat-rate taxation)
Order processing and scheduling
Maintenance of the address database
General administrative work, incl. telephone service and insurance matters
Office organization, customer care, shop window arrangement
Office, drinks, coffee machine, various

Your profile:
Several years of professional experience
Very good German skills
Knowledge of English and French
