Technical Manager of Buildings and Infrastructure (80%)

The Ville (SALV) Purchasing and Logistics Service has a modern logistics center and ensures the supply, stock management, and distribution of materials for the entire municipal administration. The maintenance of the majority of the Ville's vehicle fleet is also part of the service's missions.

Main mission(s)

Establish and manage a maintenance, renovation, and transformation plan for the buildings of the 4 sites of the service

Manage maintenance contracts and ensure their update

Contribute to the performance of audits and implement recommendations to optimize resources

Assume the role of safety delegate and ensure compliance with security, prevention, and evacuation measures

Contribute to the development of electromobility within the Lausanne mobility plan and perform the technical monitoring of the Ville's bicycle pool

Profile

Federal diploma in the field of building or a title deemed equivalent

Recognized training in safety, an asset

Minimum 8 years of professional experience in the field of building with team management

Experience in the supervision and support of works, an asset

Solid knowledge in the maintenance of installations

Ability to organize and prioritize activities effectively

Capacity to take initiatives, to analyze and to synthesize information

Special conditions
