Patient Relations Officer - 80% - Vevey

Location: Rue du Collège 3, 1800 Vevey

As a patient relations officer, you will have various missions:

• Satisfy and retain patients by personalizing the service offered
• Ambassador and guarantor of the image of Groupe Ardentis
• Follow patients throughout their care pathway
• Ensure patient satisfaction and follow up on complaints
• Quality control of the reception environment
• Creation and transfer of files between clinics
• Maintain and update the clinic's visual communication according to Marketing directives
• Management and optimization of practitioners' schedules
• Various administrative tasks (emails, writing letters)

Profile, training and skills:

• Training in hospitality, customer relations agent, CFC, CAP, BTS level or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a host / receptionist position in the tourism sector
• Good command of French (C1-C2 level)
• Good command of standard IT tools (Microsoft office 365)
• Leadership, capable of supporting and coordinating
• Sense of organization, global vision, ability to maintain perspective
• Great ease in human relations, in patient service (sense of listening and communication)
• Exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome, professionalism, dynamism and availability
• Ability to work alone or in a team
• Ability to assimilate new knowledge
• Certain interest in digitalization
