As part of temporary assignments during the winter season, we offer opportunities with our clients, including hotel establishments of all categories in the various resorts of the region, as well as traditional and collective restaurants. These assignments are located mainly in the mountains, in the canton of Valais. As some establishments are located directly on the slopes, knowing how to ski is essential to be able to access the various assignment locations. In this context, we are actively looking for:

Job description

As a server/ chef de rang you will join the existing team and, under the orders of the manager, participate in cleaning, setting up, as well as service in the "à la carte" restaurant or for the catering part of events and banquets.

Profile sought
-----------------

Benefiting from a minimum of 6 months of experience, with hotel establishments or in catering. It is important to you to provide quality work oriented towards customer satisfaction. Your sense of detail and your commitment make you a collaborator who can truly bring an added value to our various clients. Minimum B2 level in French.

You master the practice of skiing, an indispensable condition for certain assignments located on the slopes. Having your own vehicle also constitutes a real asset to facilitate your travel in the various resorts. Please note, no accommodation is provided as part of these assignments: you must therefore imperatively have your own accommodation solution.

You will work regularly in split shifts as well as during weekends.
