Commercial Clerk EFZ - Secretary 80%

Your tasks

• independent management and organization of the secretariat in job sharing
• administrative and organizational support for the Head of Space and Facilities as well as the Planning and Safety specialist departments
• coordination, organization and preparation of meetings including minute-taking
• telephone and personal contact with internal and external contact persons as well as authorities
• processing, triage and forwarding of daily mail and e-mail correspondence
• research, business processing and appointment monitoring in the business administration system Konsul
• ensuring smooth daily administrative operations

Your profile

• completed commercial basic training EFZ, mandatory in Switzerland
• at least 5 years of professional experience in a secretarial function, mandatory
• very good German skills in speaking and writing, level C1-C2
• confident handling of common MS Office applications
• independent, structured and reliable way of working
• strong organizational skills and a high orientation towards service
• strong communication skills, discreet and team-oriented personality
• flexibility and enjoyment of working in job sharing
