Would you like to shape school together with us? For Cycle 3 at the Sumiswald location and the MR-leadership of the entire Regioschule Sumiswald plus, we are looking for a committed personality as School Principal (50 %) as of 1 February 2027. Perhaps you are looking for a leadership role in which you can take responsibility, contribute your own ideas, and at the same time rely on dependable support? Then we could be a good match. At the Sumiswald location, six classes of Cycle 3 await you, organized in the 3b "Spiegel" model, and a motivated team that is actively helping to shape its school. Additionally, you will take over the MR-leadership for the entire Regioschule Sumiswald plus. This position offers variety, responsibility, and guarantees no boring workday.

Tasks ###

You lead Cycle 3 personally, pedagogically, and organizationally. Together with the team, you shape a successful school everyday life, set development impulses, and create reliable framework conditions for teachers as well as students. As MR-leadership, you coordinate and shape this area across the entire Regioschule. You think beyond your own location, bring different perspectives together, and further develop existing structures. In doing so, you are not alone: A well-organized school secretariat, the Head of Education, the other members of the school management, and the Education Commission stand by your side as reliable partners.

Requirements ###

You fit with us if you - - enjoy leading, accompanying, and strengthening people, - communicate clearly and can maintain an overview even in demanding situations, - make decisions without forgetting to listen, - combine pedagogical understanding with organizational skill, - want to take responsibility and use scope for design, - bring teaching experience, - have completed or started school management training - and shape school with heart, mind, and a good dose of pragmatism.
