Your challenges:

• Content & Corporate Publishing: You further design and develop our website, our online magazines, as well as flyers and brochures - always with a sense of what our target groups really want to read.
• Social Media: You manage and further develop our channels and ensure that our stories arrive where our target groups are active.
• SEO: With a good sense for search engine optimization, you ensure that our content is also found.
• Media Work: You write press releases, answer inquiries from journalists, and continuously expand our network with the media.
• Moving Image: You coordinate videos that bring our stories to life and produce smaller reels yourself.
• Campaigns: You implement communication campaigns that make our topics visible.
• Strategy & Further Development: You contribute fresh ideas and support the further development of our corporate communications and its storytelling.
• Communication Measures: You implement internal as well as external communication and marketing measures - even when it comes to change processes or crisis communication.
• Collaboration: You work closely with the specialist departments and are the contact person for their communication concerns.

Your qualifications:

• Completed studies or subject-specific further training in the field of communication, journalism or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in corporate communications, in journalism or in an agency
• Excellent editorial and linguistic skills - you write with stylistic confidence, precision and in a manner appropriate to the target group
• Experience in media work and in professional handling of journalists
• Experience in the content maintenance and further development of websites
• Knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva
• Service orientation paired with implementation strength and independence
