As a competence center, Stiftung Dreipunkt is committed to the sustainable integration of adolescents and young adults into the working world and thus into our society. In doing so, the specialists at Stiftung Dreipunkt convey, among other things, the labor market tools for the subsequent training or job.

In our practical module class program, we accompany, train, and promote adolescents who are at risk of exclusion before completing their compulsory schooling. The offer is modularly structured and, in addition to the academic focuses, concentrates on the individual abilities of the participants. The focus is on relationship work, preparation for an apprenticeship, and working according to a humanistic view of humanity.

starting in December 2026 or by arrangement.

This job content can be performed with a workload between 40% and 80%. It is important to us that professional and private life can be well reconciled. We are – insofar as school operations allow – open to an individual and reliable design of the workload and working days.

Your main tasks:

• You ensure that the school content according to Lehrplan 21 for Cycle 3 in the special education sector is implemented in a target-group-appropriate manner.
• Together with the learners, you develop individual and realistic learning goals and continuously monitor their development.
• You support the socio-pedagogical team of the practical module class in creating individual learning reports.
• Depending on the abilities and possibilities of our learners, you convey basic knowledge in German and mathematics, especially in small and individual settings.
• You accompany adolescents in vocational orientation and support them in practical and manual project work.
• You take over case management or reference person work for one to two adolescents.
• You participate in internal discussions and team meetings.
• Twice a year, you conduct progress meetings together with the respective reference learners, the legal guardians, and the specialists involved.

Your profile:

• You have a completed degree in the field of special education or are currently completing your studies in special education.
• Alternatively, you have a pedagogical training and bring professional experience in integrative support or special education.
• You enjoy accompanying adolescents individually and developing sustainable perspectives together with them.
• You are willing to participate actively in structural, developmental, and conceptual work.
• You possess a high degree of social skill and bring understanding and interest in working with adolescents in a diverse and multicultural environment.
• You work independently, responsibly, and can simultaneously count on the support of a well-coordinated team.
• You are an empathetic, open, and communicative personality.
• You hold a Category B driver's license.
