Your tasks

• You are responsible for ensuring basic care as well as the supervision of the youth.
• You support the youth with everyday questions as well as with general appointment attendance.
• You guide the youth in food preparation and distribution as well as in cleaning and household tasks.
• You ensure the enforcement of the house rules, including room checks and intervention in conflicts.
• You organize learning opportunities and conduct them.
• You perform administrative tasks and ensure the flow of information to the team and management.

Your profile

• Completed training EFZ or Matura and experience from a similar function or general experience in dealing with youth
• Enjoyment of working with youth from different cultural backgrounds
• High flexibility, creativity, resilience and self-management
• Good to very good oral and written German skills (min. B2/C1), foreign languages an advantage
• Solid PC user skills (MS-Office) and advantageously a valid driver's license (Cat. B)
• Readiness for irregular working hours also in the evenings and on weekends
