exojob AG is a personnel leasing and recruitment company based in Biel/Bienne. To strengthen our internal team, we are looking for a committed personality in the field of marketing, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Planning and implementation of our marketing activities
• Support and further development of our social media channels
• Creation of content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms
• Design and publication of job advertisements and advertising campaigns
• Creation of images, videos and other marketing content
• Maintenance and further development of our corporate identity
• Support with online marketing and recruiting campaigns
• Development of new ideas to increase our awareness and reach
• Close cooperation with the management and the recruiting team

Your profile:

• Education or further training in the field of marketing, communication, mediamatics or comparable qualification is an advantage
• Experience in marketing and/or the social media field
• Confident handling of social media and digital media
• Knowledge of Canva or comparable design tools is an advantage
• Very good German skills
• French skills are an advantage
• Creative, independent and reliable way of working
• Joy in contributing and implementing own ideas
• Interest in recruiting and personnel marketing
