We are looking for immediate or by arrangement an engaged specialist as residential support 20% (on an hourly basis), who complements our team.

Residential Support Specialist Care Professional or Social Pedagogue 20% on an hourly basis ##

What awaits you with us ##

• Independent coordination of personal assignments at the residence of the clients
• Support during the apartment search
• Support of the services provided by the assessment office
• Documentation of the support
• Support of the clients in their educational and development processes
• Cooperation with other specialists and organizations
• Support of the Ambulantes Wohnen management in the development of the new offering

What you bring with you ##

• Completed training in social pedagogy (FH or HF) or training as a Fachfrau / Fachmann Betreuung for people with impairments
• Professional experience in residential support is an advantage
• Readiness for flexible working hours
• Appreciative and resource-oriented basic attitude
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Resilience and assertiveness, high social competence
• Ability for constructive communication, conflict, and criticism management
• Driving license mandatory
