For our residential group at the Centre pour personnes âgées Adlergarten, which offers a nursing home to approximately 160 residents, we are looking for a competent and cheerful person starting from 1 October 2026 or by agreement. Your tasks ##

• Individualized care and support, oriented towards needs and resources, within the primary caregiver system
• Responsible for a modern care process
• Analysis of complex care and support situations, implementation of measures and evaluation thereof
• Participation in the development of care quality and the residential group
• Work in morning, evening, and night shifts

Your profile ##

• Training at the level of registered nurse HF or FH is a prerequisite!
• High social competence, team spirit, flexibility, and stress resistance
• Targeted, autonomous, and service-oriented way of working
• Very good oral and written knowledge of German, understanding of Swiss German
• Good IT skills and, if possible, experience in electronic resident documentation (as well as preferably knowledge of RAI)
