Dementia Caregiver on an hourly basis

AGS EBA or FaBe EFZ / Area of operation Canton Zug

Workload: hourly wage, at least 20 hours per month. If availability permits, an expansion of the scope of work is possible. We will regularly plan and agree on the working days or half-days together with you.

Your area of responsibility

• Accompanying and caring for people with dementia in their familiar home environment
• Active daily activity design, for example conversations, walks, or shared meals.
• Relief and support for relatives
• If required, domestic support, such as weekly cleaning, laundry care, cooking and meal preparation
• Cooperation with case management as well as electronic documentation of relevant observations

Your profile

• Training as AGS EBA or FaBe EFZ as well as proven interest in dementia accompaniment
• Empathic, patient and respectful attitude towards people with dementia and their relatives
• Independent, responsible and reliable way of working – even in demanding situations
• Very good oral and written German skills (C1)
• Residence in Canton Zug or the immediate surrounding area,
• Driver's license category B and own car desired
