Your main tasks You place the right person in the right place, actively acquire open positions and suitable assignment locations, and negotiate with employers from all industries. You build new contacts with employers and institutions and know how important relationship management with existing customers is. Ideally, you already have a solid network with companies from various industries. You offer participants professional and individual support during the placement process. You work constructively with all persons involved in the process. Furthermore, you take on projects or roles as required. Your profile You have a completed vocational training EFZ or a completed degree and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience. You have additional training in the field of consulting or have experience in conducting conversations. You know the requirements, developments, and needs of the 1. labor market very well, enjoy negotiating and building contacts, and possess a certain persistence. You can organize yourself well independently, see the glass as half full rather than half empty, like people, are highly solution-oriented, and have a healthy tolerance for frustration. You feel comfortable in a very dynamic environment and an agiley led team. You are open to changes, are reliable, possess high social competence, and are resilient even in hectic times. You are a team player and an innovative personality. Digitization and the labor market of the future are not foreign to you and you have proficient skills in social media.
