For the sector of socialising workshops << Eventail >>, located on the Lavigny site, we are looking for a: A Socioprofessional Master Specialist ASD & complex situations at 80% Do you want to put your expertise at the service of people in situations of disability and contribute to support that has meaning? Your mission ----------------- Within our socialising workshops, you support people presenting notably autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and challenging behaviors. Your main responsibilities will be to: * support individuals or groups, taking into account their needs and their projects; * implement adapted support promoting autonomy, participation and well-being; * collaborate with the network of the supported persons and the various professionals involved; * ensure the administrative follow-up of the support and the workshop: reports, summaries, computerized files, etc.; * contribute to the development and evolution of practices around autism and complex situations; * share your expertise and, depending on your skills, participate in the training of the institution's staff in the field of autism. Your profile ---------------- You are a committed, autonomous, organized and solution-oriented person. You appreciate situations that require reflection, adaptation and creativity. You have: * a diploma as a Socioprofessional Master (MSP), ES or HES educator; * a specialization in the field of autism and/or complex situations; * at least 3 years of experience in the support of people presenting ASD and/or challenging behaviors; * good knowledge of TEACCH, PECS approaches or other tools adapted to the supported persons; * pedagogical skills and an interest in the transmission of knowledge; * excellent mastery of usual IT tools; * good adaptation and versatility skills; * a developed sense of responsibility, organization and collaboration; * a creative, open and innovative spirit; * a capacity to question yourself and to work in an interdisciplinary manner; * a driver's license, category B.
