Job description ##

Mandated by one of our clients, a major industrial company in the region, we are looking for an Accountant (M/F) to complete their finance department.

The position is composed of various aspects:

• General accounting: Maintenance of subsidiary ledgers · Recording of Cash, Post, Bank entries
• Accounts payable: Allocation of invoices and verification · Entry of invoices · Verification of statements and reminders
• Accounts receivable: Import of invoices into accounting · Verification of the import · Entry of receipts and verification · Monitoring of debtors and reminders
• Cost accounting: Allocation of invoices and checking of anomalies
• Closing: Assistance with the closing of accounts
• Insurance: Assistance in monitoring the company's insurance
• Miscellaneous: Organization of management's trips and travel · Contacts with the various sponsorings

Requirements ##

You hold a CFC as a Commercial Employee or an equivalent qualification
You can justify a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting in Switzerland and within an industrial company
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel IT tools
Experience in using an ERP would be an asset
Rigorous, versatile person endowed with a great professional conscience
Team spirit, sense of listening and communication.
Good capacity for analysis and synthesis
