Are you passionate about shoes and want to use your knowledge in purchasing in a meaningful way? For our purchasing department, we are looking for motivated reinforcement.

In your role as a purchasing assistant, you ensure a smooth supply chain process. You take over complete purchasing administration and in doing so gain exciting insights into the world of men's shoes, including a sneak peek at the trends of the next season.

Your area of responsibility:

• You are responsible for orders and their smooth processing for both private labels and external brands
• You take care of supplier correspondence, monitor delivery dates, and maintain articles in the system
• Your area of responsibility also includes the checking of samples, the organization of the sample room, as well as participation in campaign planning
• You are in close contact with all our branches as well as our logistics center, marketing, and inventory management
• In close coordination with the buyer, you compile assortments for campaigns

Our requirements:

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a retail apprenticeship with further commercial training
• You bring experience from an administrative retail position and work independently as well as responsibly
• You master the entire MS-Office suite, with a special focus on Word and Excel
• Your German skills are impeccable in spoken and written form and your English skills are at a good level
• This describes you perfectly: structured and efficient, appreciative in cooperation, and responsible with a hands-on mentality
