CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION PROJECT MANAGER – 60 %

Workplace: Lausanne, with a presence in Zurich two days per week. Depending on your preference, the main workplace can also be Zurich.

Your missions

You are currently responsible for the follow-up of two construction projects in Lausanne and one project in Zurich.

Management of architectural projects

• Develop architectural renovation and transformation projects.
• Ensure the hierarchical responsibility of an employee.
• Obtain building permits and authorizations to start work.
• Supervise, steer, and coordinate construction projects.
• Maintain up-to-date existing plans, architectural plans, and project data.
• Assume budgetary responsibility and financial control of projects, including the management of additional costs.
• Regularly report on project progress to the CEO/president and to the project teams.

Your profile

Training

• Initial technical training in the field of construction, industry, mechanics, or a comparable field.
• Degree in business management at ES, HES, MBA or EMBA level, or engineering degree.
• Degree in project management.

Knowledge and experience

• Experience in project management and solid theoretical and practical knowledge in the fields of construction and project management.
• Practical experience in medium to large-scale construction and real estate projects, representing budgets of CHF 10 to 15 million.

Languages

• Imperative mastery of German, French, and English, allowing for negotiations to be conducted in these three languages.

Technical skills and software

• Knowledge of CAD software such as ArchiCAD and AutoCAD, as well as BIM.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Business Central is an asset
