Your tasks

• Independent and timely execution of the entire payroll processing from A to Z, including year-end closing work and the creation of salary certificates
• Handling of personnel administration during the entry and exit of employees
• Management of time management as well as recording of hour reports and administration of absences
• Processing of accident and illness reports as well as management of social insurance, including BVG
• Control, booking, and payment of expense reports
• Management of the cash desk in various currencies as well as settlement of internal catering and vending machine offers
• Support of employees and managers in administrative personnel matters

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training with further training in human resources (HR Assistant or HR Specialist certificate an advantage)
• Several years of professional experience in payroll and personnel administration
• Very good knowledge of ABACUS is required
• Good knowledge in the area of social insurance and labor law
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications
• Independent, reliable, and exact way of working
• Trustworthy, communicative, and service-oriented personality
• Enjoyment of direct contact with employees and managers
