The Stiftung Heilsarmee Schweiz is a Christian non-profit organization. In the heart of Zürich, three different living arrangements with individual support for people in challenging life situations are offered.

Our goal is to provide people with a home in which they can experience stability, security, and personal development and to enable them to participate actively and independently in social life.

We are looking for reinforcement in our key person teams at Ankerstrasse as well as at Molkenstrasse.

Your tasks

• Individual social pedagogical and/or nursing key person work with case management
• Accompanying and promoting independence, participation, and quality of life in everyday life
• Stabilization of life situations and development of development perspectives
• Occasional support with nursing activities
• Cooperation with authorities, specialist agencies, and internal partners
• Interdisciplinary cooperation in teams
• Electronic case documentation

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a Social pedagogue, nursing specialist HF/FH, or Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ
• Experience in accompanying people with mental health issues, addiction topics, or social difficulties
• High social and communication competence
• Enjoyment of relationship work, interdisciplinary cooperation, and responsible activity
• Identification with the values of the Heilsarmee
