Real Estate Manager incl. Accounting 60 - 80 %

You will take over the following area of responsibility:

• You accompany the entire rental process from viewings to handovers and acceptances
• You prepare rental agreements and are the direct contact person for tenants
• You independently manage the real estate accounting as well as the accounting and additionally prepare heating and utility cost statements
• If desired, you can also actively contribute to the initial rental and sale of an apartment, thus bringing fresh wind into your daily work routine
• General correspondence regarding management and accounting topics

You can demonstrate the following qualifications:

• Several years of professional experience in property management and real estate accounting (mandatory)
• Completed further training as a Real Estate Manager with a federal diploma (mandatory)
• Experience with the Rimo R5 operating system is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Winning and upbeat personality
