About us
WeNurse is a partner for sustainable nursing development in Switzerland. We consciously do not see ourselves as a classic personnel agency: We combine personnel services with consulting, leadership development, and sparring for clinics, elderly and nursing homes, Spitex, and rehab. With Elevate Nursing, we run a continuing education program together with the University of St. Gallen (HSG). Our small team is currently building its own digital operating system.

Your tasks

Video & Learning Formats

• Editing videos, motion graphics, subtitles - among other things for our online continuing education with the HSG
• Conceptualizing and implementing AI Learning Journeys and explanatory videos
• Teasers and recaps for our community events

Design & Corporate Design

• Further developing and consistently applying CI/CD: Thumbnails, social media visuals, advertisements
• Designing templates for presentations, offers, and reports
• Intranet and SharePoint layouts, icons, page templates

User Interfaces

• UI mockups for internal tools (e.g., in Figma), together with our low-coder
• Landing pages and newsletter templates in HubSpot

Content for Talents & Customers

• Social media content (reels, carousels) for LinkedIn and Instagram
• Deployment stories from nursing professionals and project examples for the website
• Onboarding material for new nursing professionals

Growth & Visibility

• SEO and GEO content for website and blog: guides and texts that are found in Google and in AI answers
• Organic LinkedIn: WeNurse page and founder profiles
• Preparing newsletters and campaigns with AI support
• Measuring impact: reach, applications, leads - and learning from them

What you bring

• Completed apprenticeship as Mediamatiker:in EFZ (or comparable training)
• Proficient in video editing and design (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Figma)
• Desire to work with AI tools and try new things; initial experience with SEO and social media metrics is a plus
• A sense for design and for good stories
• Independent, structured way of working
• Very good German; French or English is a plus
• Interest in the healthcare sector - you do not need prior knowledge in nursing
