Job Description

• Carrying semi-heavy but repetitive loads
• Working in a humid environment
• Ensuring the implementation and monitoring of hygiene and sanitation procedures within the factory
• Controlling the compliance of installations, equipment and personnel practices
• Participating in the development and updating of the HACCP plan
• Collaborating with production, maintenance and quality teams

Profile sought

• Bac +2 to Bac +5 training in hygiene, quality, food safety or equivalent field
• Experience in the food processing industry desired
• Good knowledge of HACCP standards, ISO and sanitary regulations
• Rigor, sense of observation and analytical skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
