Your environment

You will work at the Psychiatrie-Zentrum Surselva in an interdisciplinary team and actively help shape the outpatient and inpatient psychiatric care of the region. You can expect a collegial environment with good cooperation and close exchange.

Your tasks

• You ensure needs-oriented, requirement-based, and professional care and counseling of the patients, involving relatives and the social environment
• You bear responsibility for the nursing process and document it
• You coordinate services with the goal of efficient cooperation of all persons and institutions involved in nursing and care
• You support the maintenance and promotion or recovery of individual skills of the patients, involving the existing resources
• You network and work closely with treatment partners and Spitex organizations
• You maintain open, individual, person-centered communication

Our requirement profile

• You are Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF and have several years of experience in psychiatric nursing
• You apply a current understanding of nursing for the process-oriented implementation of patient-centered care
• You possess high social and self-competence
• You are independent, creative, and flexible
• You apply your good IT user skills to administrative work
