Production Manager 50 % – Soup & Juice Production
Start date: 1. September
Workload: 50 % on two fixed working days (Tuesday and Wednesday)
Salary: CHF 3’400 gross/month at 50 %
For our soup and juice production, we are looking for an experienced and responsible personality who will lead our production together with our kitchen team.
We produce artisanally and in large quantities – depending on the variety, around 180–350 liters of soup per production run with 5-7 varieties. Total approx. 1800 liters/week. In doing so, we combine efficient processes with high standards for quality and food safety.
Your Tasks
Responsibility for the operational soup and juice production
Production and coordination of larger production quantities
Leadership and organization of our five-member kitchen team
Personnel and deployment planning
Ensuring efficient production processes
Compliance with our quality, hygiene, and HACCP standards
Your Profile
You should enjoy taking on responsibility while simultaneously working actively in production.
Ideally, you bring:
very good cooking skills and practical experience in the kitchen or food production
experience in the organization of larger production quantities
good understanding of hygiene, HACCP, and professional food production
organizational skills and a structured working style
joy in leadership and collaboration in a small team
independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
good physical fitness, as our production is characterized by artisanal work and many work steps are performed manually
Your Induction
You will not be thrown into the deep end: During the first two months, you will work together with our current production manager. During this time, you will get to know our recipes, production processes, quality standards, and the team.
Subsequently, you will gradually take over responsibility for the production.
